Chair Allen: The Planning Commission Minutes, August 27, 2014 state that you requested 4 items. Correspondence from Staff state that your request is provided in the Staff Report Agenda package. I have reviewed this package and find information related to your requests to be missing or incomplete: 1) Copy of disclosures that have been referred to and include somewhere in the EIR for the benefit of new homeowners in the Sycamore Creek Area and where they relate to the access points. Testimony was given to the Planning Commission by Ms. Katja Kamanger, a Director of Greenbriar, on Sept 24, 2003. During that testimony, she stated that Greenbriar disclosed the fact that Lund Ranch traffic would come through the Bridle Creek Community in two different documents to the home buyers, both in the Buyer disclosure during the execution 0 f the Purchase Agreement, and in the CC & R's hese documents are referenced in current Agenda Exhibit R. There is no copy of the Greenbriar Buyer Disclosure referenced by Ms. Kamanger in the Exhibit. Pages 1.1, and 3.3 of this document are in the public record provided by the Ventana Hills Steering Committee to the Planning Commission and City Council. There is no copy of the Bonde Ranch CC &R in the exhibit. Disclosure noted by Carol Spain of the Ventana Hills Steering Committee in the Sept 24, 2003 minutes. A copy of the Sept 24, 2003 minutes is attached as a .PDF 2) Requested a clear chronology around the history of this project relative to road access and agreements that have been made historically , including Measures PP and QQ and the General Plan. I do not see a single document in the agenda responding to this request.
