This letter <br />is for your company to acknowledge that this Budget Modification Request for an additional $37.550 is <br />an eligible consulting cost as set forth in the Reimbursement Agrcemet far Third -Party Consulting <br />Costs Incurred by the City of Pleasanton to Establish the Johnson Drive ECOMMie Development Zone. <br />dated July 15, 2014, as amended by an amendment dated December 2015, and letters setting forth <br />eligible consulting costs dated July 28, 2015, August 7, 2015, January 16, 2016. and April 20, 2016. <br />As such additional ESA work is in furtherance of the EDZ, please sign below to acknowledge and agree <br />that this is an Eligible Consulting Cost.
