The Supplemental Comparative Analysis Report will not exceed 40 pages in length. Task 9.4. Final Supplemental Comparative Analysis Report Compilation Based on one set of unified comments on the draft report from the City, ESA and its teaming partners will revise the draft report and present a final version to the City. All documents will be provided in electronic format only, unless requested by the City, in which case hard copies and deliveries would be provided at cost, including the cost of labor. Schedule We understand that time is of the essence and that the City would like the report prepared as soon as possible. To that end, we expect to be able to deliver a draft report in three to four weeks following project initiation. A final report could be provided within one week of receipt of the City's comments on the draft report. Proposed Fee We propose to carry out the above scope of work for the not -to- exceed fee of $37,550, including subconsultants. The attached spreadsheet (Attachment A) shows the breakdown of costs per task. Charges will be made on a time and materials basis, and any hours not used will not be billed.
