City of Pleasanton Recycled Water Booster Station <br /> Request for Quotation <br /> Addendum No. 1 <br /> February 1,2017 <br /> This addendum modifies the Request for Quotation (RFQ)for the City of Pleasanton Recycled Water <br /> Booster Station,dated January 23,2017. Quotations provided in response to the RFQ shall reflect and <br /> incorporate the changes detailed below. An authorized representative Equipment Supplier shall sign <br /> and return this page with the Quotation to indicate receipt of Addendum No. 1. Failure to do so may <br /> invalidate the Quotation. <br /> The RFQ is modified as follows: <br /> 1. All references to California Building Code(CBC)2013 shall be changed to California Building <br /> Code (CBC)2016. This project shall comply with CBC 2016 and all applicable codes currently in <br /> effect. <br /> 2. Delete all references to American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements for State Revolving Fund <br /> (SRF)funded projects. It has been determined that the booster pump skid package constitutes a <br /> mechanical/electrical system, and is therefore exempt from this requirement. <br /> There are no other changes to the RFQ and the Quotation submittal deadline has not changed. For <br /> convenience,a conformed, redlined copy of the original RFQ is attached to reflect the changes above. <br /> ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> I hereby certify that Addendum No. 1 to the City of Pleasanton Recycled Water Booster Station Request <br /> for Quotation was received and that the attached Quotation reflects this addendum. <br /> February 6,2017 <br /> Signature Date <br /> D.
