to meeting there some August for our National Night Out potlucks--which have a reputation as being the <br /> biggest NNO gatherings in Pleasanton. <br /> In closing, I want to make sure you know I am giving my full support to the proposed Ponderosa/EVFree <br /> project as long as we receive the bathrooms in the park,the clubhouse and the additional list of amenities <br /> promised by Ponderosa. I understand that the bathrooms will be in a separate building from the clubhouse <br /> (Option2)and that building will be deeded over to the City and added to the park. Ponderosa has also assured <br /> us on many occasions that their homes will be priced significantly higher than ours so, in my opinion,our <br /> homes should go up in value once all the improvements are made to our neighborhood. <br /> I am NOT in favor of revising the general plan unless we receive ALL of the previously mentioned list of <br /> improvements. <br /> I am looking forward to a day when we no longer have a weed patch in the middle of our neighborhood; but <br /> instead have a nice development that enhances our property values. <br /> Thank you again,for you time and help on this project.
