However, I want
to encourage you to approve this project, specifically option#2, as recommended by your
planning staff.
I am a long-time resident of Valley Trails. My husband and have lived in our home for 22 years
and raised two children in this family-friendly neighborhood. Over the years, there have been
many other proposals come up for that parcel of land. A group of homeowners, most notably
Connie Cox and Phil Sayre, among others, have worked tirelessly to advance the best
development proposal.
Of all the ones I have seen over the years, this is the one that best fits with the existing
neighborhood. The developer has worked closely with the community to tailor the project to fit
into the neighborhood with the least amount of impact and with additional amenities that will
benefit all residents. That is a win-win. This is a good, sound proposal and should be approved to
move forward.
Thanks,
Elizabeth Raj s
Kings Canyon Court
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
