The current proposal drafted by staff is a major improvement over definitions that <br /> were considered 5 years ago but never enacted. <br /> My only significant comment is on the scope of the definitions which seem to limit the application of these <br /> definitions to the Southeast Hills. Measure PP as passed by the voters did not have such a limitation, so the <br /> definitions will in fact apply to all Pleasanton hillsides. <br /> I'm sorry I will not be available to speak at tomorrow's meeting due to travel but I urge the Commission to <br /> adopt the proposed definitions to protect Pleasanton's remaining hillsides. <br /> Thank you <br /> Allen Roberts <br /> 1 <br />
