FUTURE PHASES :
The Master Plan of the property provides for two building additions to be constructed
over a timeframe of 15-20+years, with an expanded parking lot jointly used with the
Masonic Lodge,as well as supporting site improvements. The additions and their uses
are described below in a probable order of phased construction. The order of
construction may change however, due to changing ministry facility needs and priorities
and funding availability. The completed Master Plan will provide the Church with
approximately 28,500 square feet of ministry facility.
• Phase II-Worship Space Facility Addition: single story attaching to
Phase I multipurpose addition-approximately 9950 square feet. Includes:
worship space seating and sanctuary platform area of 4500 square feet;
ancillary worship spaces for sacristy, storage, and bride's room areas.
Uses: Worship space for seating a maximum of 450 persons, music and
choir rehearsals, ancillary liturgical preparation spaces and storage.
• Phase III-Administration Addition: single story—approximately 5000
square feet. Includes: Church administration offices, conference and
meeting rooms, workrooms and storage.
Uses: Church administration and pastoral activities. Meeting rooms for
adult ministry and youth programs, in groups of 10 to 30 persons
Site Improvements:
Phase II - With Phase II of the Master Plan,a new parking lot with an
approved Hammer Head layout would be constructed on the northwest
portions of both the Church and the Mason's parcels and will be connected
to the existing parking lot area by a fire lane. The 25-foot access easement
to the Mason's parcel would be relocated and recorded to this new
driveway and parking lot. The existing parking lot configuration would be
modified to allow for the Worship space addition. The joint parking
agreement will provide the church and the Mason's access to both parking
lots. The existing 66 parking spaces would be expanded to 103 parking
spaces with the new and reconfigured existing parking lots.
Additional site improvements will include landscaping, parking lot
lighting, bike racks and concrete walkways/patio areas.
Page 3
