Cost to provide and install new LED interior lighting assuming <br />commercial grade (including emergency where required), non - <br />boutique luminaires: 7,000.00. <br />2. Cost -to provide and install Title 24 complaint lighting controls: <br />2,500.00 <br />b) Provide exit signs as required for egress. <br />1. Cost to provide and install exit signs (assuming 4-6 signs): <br />1 500.00 <br />c) Optimal Optional: Provide period accurate lighting fixtures. <br />1. Cost to provide replica period accurate or boutique lighting <br />fixtures: $15,000-$20,000 (Option is not included in overall cost <br />above. <br />F. Exterior Lighting <br />1. Building -mounted incandescent, fluorescent and halogen lighting fixtures are <br />located around the perimeter of the building, but operation could not be <br />confirmed during the daytime observation. Based on location of the fixtures, it is <br />believed that illumination levels around the exterior of the building would not be <br />adequate. <br />2..
