Resolution No. 05-067 <br /> Page Two <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the City Council determined that <br /> the proposed design and conditional use, as conditioned, are appropriate for <br /> the site and are consistent with the General Plan and the zoning regulations <br /> for the zoning district of the property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Denies the appeal, Case PAP-79, modifies the Planning Commission's <br /> approval of Case PCUP-118/PDR-391, approves the revised master plan to <br /> allow the expansion of St. Clare's Episcopal Church in three phases and <br /> approves design review for the construction of Phase I, consisting of an <br /> approximately 4,970-square-foot sanctuary and multipurpose room, subject <br /> to the conditions shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part of <br /> this case by reference. <br /> Section 2.
