IV. NO CHA~NGE IN EMPLOYMV~NT EFFECTED HEREBY <br /> <br /> 1. Ail persons employed in the performance of such <br />services and functions for County shall be City employees, and no <br />County employee, as such, shall be employed by City, and no person <br />employed hereunder shall have any County pension, civil service, or <br />other status or right'in relation to County. <br /> <br /> 2. County shall not be called upon to assume any liability <br />for the direc~ payment of any salaries, wages, or other ~ompensation <br />to any City personnel'performing services hereunder for County, or any <br />liability other than that provided for in this agreement. <br /> <br /> '3. County shall not be liable for the compensation of, <br /> <br />or indemnity to, any City employee for injury or sickness arising out <br />of his employment. <br /> <br /> 4. City agrees to indemnify and hold harmless County <br /> <br />and its officers and employees on account of all claims and liability <br />arising out of the negligence of City in the performance of this <br />contract for services resulting in injury to persons or property. <br /> <br /> V. TERM OF AGREE~NT <br /> <br /> This agreement shall be effective for five (5) years, begin- <br /> <br /> ning July 1, 1974 and terminating on June 30~ 1979.
