It is understood that the above Amount $ 527.00 8,122.00 2,948.00 345.00 payments are for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and that prior to March 1 J of each year City will notify County of the requested amount of such payments for the next fiscal year. a. The above requested payments are subj&ct to approval of County and the inclusion of an amount in County's preliminary budget. b. If the amount of the charges cannot be agreed up~ and no funds are included in County's budget for said fire protection services, the contract is void. III. GE~TERAL CONDITIONS 1. For the purpose of performing said services, City shall furnish and supply all necessary labor, supervision, equipmen~ communication facilities and supplies necessary to maintain the level of service to be rendered hereunder. 2. The rendition of services to be performed under this agreement, the standards of performance, the discipline of officers, and other matters incidental to the performance of such services and the control of personnel so employed, shall remain in City. The determination of the Fire Chief of City shall be final and conclusive as between the parties hereto as to the extent of the duties and functions to be rendered hereunder, or the level or manner of performance of such service. 3. For the purpose of performing such services and functions, and for the purpose of giving official status to the performance thereof, every City officer and employee engaged in per- forming any such service and function shall be deemed to'be an officer or an employee of County while performing services for County, which service is within the scope of this agreement. 2
