such, shall be employed by City, and no person employed hereunder shall have <br />any County pension, civil service, or other status or right in relation to <br />County. <br /> <br /> 2. County shall not be called upon to assume any liability <br />for the direct payment of any salaries, wages, or other compensation to any <br />City personnel performing services here~mder for County, or any liability <br />other than that provided for in this agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. County shall not be liable for the compensation of, or <br />indemnity to, any City employee for injury or sickmess arising out of his <br />employment. <br /> <br /> 4. i~rsuant to Sections 850.6 and 895.4 of the Covernment Code, <br />City agrees to indemnify and hold harmless County on account of all claims <br />arising out of the negligence of City in the performance of this contract for <br />services resulting in injury to persons or property, insofar as permitted by <br /> <br />law. <br /> <br />V.
