such, shall be employed by City, and no person employed hereunder shall have <br />any County pension, civil service, or other status or right in relation to <br />County. <br /> <br /> 2. County shall not be called upon to assume shy liability <br />for the direct payment of any salaries, wages, or other compensation to any <br />City personnel perfor-~uing services hereunder for County, or any liability <br />other than that provided for in this agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. County shall not be liable for the compensation of, or <br />indemnity to, any City employee for injury or sic~.auess arising out of his <br />amployment. <br /> <br /> 4. Pursuant to Sections 850.6 and 895.4 of the Covernment Code, <br />City agrees to indemnify and hold harmless County on account of all claims <br />arising out of the negligence of City in the performance of this contract for <br />services resulting in injury to p~rsons or property, insofar as perr~mitted by <br />law. <br /> <br /> V. TE~4 OF AGREF2,~IT <br /> <br /> This agreement shall be effective for five (5) years, beginning <br />July 17 1970 and terminating on June 30, 1975.
