APPROVE AGREE~IENT IN PRINCIPLE - FAIRGROUNDS SEWAGE RATES WHEREAS, the County of Alameda, the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association and the City of Pleasanton concur that because the Alameda County Fairgrounds is a customer of the City of Pleasanton for sewage processing services, and will remain a customer when the Sunol sewage plant is closed and sewage flow is transferred to the Dublin San Ramon Services District plant; and also agree that there is a need for such sewage charges to be equitable; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors does hereby approve in principle the entering of the proposed agreement between the County of Alameda, the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association and the City of Pleasanton to specify equitable sewage processing charges for the Alameda.County Fairgrounds; and the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby authorized and directed to process the agreement with the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association and the City of Pleasanton for their concurrence; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the mutual consent of all three (3) parties to entering the proposed agreement, Valerie A.
