ATTACHMENT 3 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This First Amendment to Agreement("First Amendment") is entered into the 2nd day of March 2021 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and TRC Engineers Inc. ("Consultant"). Whereas, on June 16, 2020,the City and Consultant entered into an Agreement for Professional Services("Agreement") (Agreement 2021133)where Consultant is providing construction management and inspection for the construction of the Bridge Improvements at Various Locations Project, CIP 16514 —FED ID 5101 (029), for the not-to-exceed amount of$149,957.89 ; and Whereas, additional services are needed from the Consultant for additional inspection and construction management services; and Whereas,the parties desire to amend to the Agreement to add additional compensation for such additional services and extend contract time. Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Exhibit A of the Agreement is amended to add the following: Provide additional inspection and construction management services as outline in TRC proposal dated February 11, 2021 as attached here in as Exhibit 1. 2. The total compensation for all services and reimbursement listed under Section 5 Compensation of the Agreement shall be increased to One Hundred and Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Seven Dollars and Eighty Nine Cents ($181,657.89). [Additional services for additional inspection and construction management for an additional $31,700]. 3. The term of the agreement under Section 3 Terms shall be increased to September 30, 2021. 4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
