Upon initial discovery of these conflicts,the our resident engineer coordinated and conducted various meetings <br /> with the City,design engineers,contractor,and subcontractors.Once extra work commenced in the field,the resulting work <br /> required our inspector to spend overtime to monitor and document the extra work.These hours have been provided to the <br /> City and we respectfully request a contract amendment in the amount of$31,700.00.
