Agreement No. A4-7.425 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION ZONE 7, <br />referred to as ZONE 7), and the CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />This Agreement is made and entered into this 2nd <br /> <br /> September , 1986 by and between ZONE 7 OF ALAMEDA <br /> (hereinafter <br /> (hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as CITY). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ZONE 7 has an authorized channel improvement master <br />plan known as Project 1, which includes the improvement of LINE <br />B-2-3 and LINE B-2-4; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CITY proposes to provide a higher level of <br />improvement to a portion of LINE B-2-3 and LINE B-2-4; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is to the mutual benefit of CITY and ZONE 7 to <br />carry out the work for the improvement of a portion of LINE B-2-3 <br />and LINE B-2-4 on a cooperative basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of both parties hereto to enter <br /> into an agreement for the cost of improvements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. CITY shall improve portions of LINE B-2-3 and LINE B-2-4 <br />and pay for the work as shown on, and described in, the plans, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and specifications marked EXHIBIT "B," which' <br />are attached hereto and made a part hereof and shall provide right <br />of way as described in Exhibit "C" and as shown in Exhibit "D" <br />which are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
