20-03 <br /> <br />Crushed rock or gravel, where used behind wall weepholes, shall be <br />well graded, clean free-draining sand and gravel mixture with 100% <br />passing a 1-1/2" sieve, 40% to 60% passing a No. 4 sieve, and 10% <br />to 30% passing a No. 30 sieve with not more than 6% passing a No. <br />100 sieve and shall be hard, sound and durable and shall not slake <br />or disintegrate in water. <br /> <br />Measurement and Payment. The quantity to be paid for will be the number <br />of manholes, inlets, lateral pipe entries, or end sections of the <br />various types acceptably installed as determined by actual count. <br /> <br />Payment will be at the contract unit price per each for Manholes (Type I <br />or II) Field Inlet, Precast Drop Inlet, Standard Lateral Pipe Entry at <br />designated stations, cut-off wall at Station 14+78 and Pre-cast Concrete <br />End Section and shall include furnishing and installing all materials, <br />pre-cast items, frames, grates and covers, excavation, backfill, bedding <br />and drain rock (if required), and all other incidentals. <br /> <br />CDS.1.16 20-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
