I. ASSIGN~iENT. 1' <br /> <br /> 1. This contract is not for the benefit of any person, corporation or <br />other entity, other than the parties hereto~ and no person, corporation or other <br />entity~ except the parties hereto, shall have any rights or interest in or ~]dcr <br />this~contract unless otherwise specifically provided here~n. Applicant shall not <br />assign or transfer any r~ghts or privileges under this contract, either in whole <br />or in part, w~thout the prior written consent of Zone 7, which consent shall not <br />be unreaso~ably withheld, or make any transfer of all or any p~t of its water <br />system, or allow the use thereof, in any manner %~ereby any provisions of this <br />contract will not continue to be binding on either Applicant, its assignee or <br />transferee, or such user of the system. This contract and the rights and responsi- <br />bilities provided for herein shall be binding on the successors and assigns of <br />the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 2. It is agreed that if either of the parties held jointly to be <br />Applicant shall relinquish all or any portion their water ~upply f~]ction in ~y <br />way .or cease to exist as an agency for the purposes of this contract, then and <br />in such event, the other party shall assume all rights and obligations of the <br />first p~rty under this contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
