award of construction contract is delayed Jot more than three (3) months <br />after CONSULTANT'S submission o_~ wo King drawings and specifications and <br />estimates~ CiTY shah have the option to: <br /> <br />lncreese the construction budget; or <br /> <br />Authorize CONSULTANT to furnish additional alternate bid items, <br />CONSULTANT'S compensation for which shall be on an Extra Work <br />basis; or <br /> <br />Authorize CONSULTANT to redesign to bring PRO3ECT within the <br />budget, CONSULTANT'5 compensation for which shall be on an <br />Extra \York b~is. <br /> <br />Both options (b) and (c) above shall be considered Extra \Vork and paid for on a <br />Time-and-Materials basis in accordance with Sectkm I.D. <br /> <br />V. TIME OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />All work described in Section I.A shall be completed within sixty (60) days ~rom <br />the date oi execution oi this agreement. <br /> <br />Ail work described in Section l.B shalt be completed within one hundred twenty <br />(120) days lrom the date of approval oi I.A work by CITY~ plus extensions for <br />delays beyond control of CONSULTANT. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />All work described in Section I.C shall be completed within the period allowed <br />for completion of the construction contract, <br /> <br />VI. ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS <br /> <br />A representative of CONSULTANT shall attend all meetings related to the <br />PRO3ECT where his attendance is requested by CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />
