2. Site Acquisition. <br /> <br /> Zone 7 will exercise its best efforts to ourchase <br /> <br />the Site from the United States of America. <br /> <br /> 3. Site Development. <br /> <br /> Upon acquisition, Zone 7 agrees to exercise its <br /> <br />best efforts to develop the Site for administrative office <br />facilities within a reasonable time. Development will occur <br />in accordance wi~h the following: <br /> <br /> a. Two older existing buildings on Zone 7 property <br /> adjacent to the Site will be removed in a <br /> timely manner. <br /> <br /> b. The existing building housing a water production <br /> facility (well) located on adjacent Zone 7 <br /> property will be renovated. <br /> <br /> The Site may be graded and filled as appropriate <br /> to permit the proposed development. <br /> <br /> d. Utilities and easements may be relocated as <br /> <br /> appropriate to Dermit the proposed development. <br /> e. The headquarters building for Zone 7 will be <br /> <br /> constructed on the Site. <br /> <br /> f. An area may be set aside for a future water <br /> <br /> treatment, plant. <br /> <br /> g. A parking area will be constructed and it may <br /> be used by public visitors to the Soorts <br /> Park and by Zone 7, Zone 7 agrees that said <br /> parking area shall consist of 56 soaces and <br /> that the cost of design, construction, and <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
