DEED OF REVERSION <br /> <br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this /~ DAY OF __~.J~_~ , 1983, <br /> <br />by and between THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br />acting by and through ROBERT E. BUTLER, Mayor of City of Pleasanton, party of <br />the first part, hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, and THE UNITED STATES <br />OF AMERICA, party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee, <br /> <br />W I T N E S S E TH: <br /> <br /> THAT as the Grantor desires to not utilize the following described <br />parcel of land located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, Sta~a of <br />California, for park purposes in order that the Zone 7 Water Agency will have <br />the opportunity to acquire said parcel for public benefit purposes and thus <br />enhance the recreational potential of the remaining park area, <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, pursuant to the terms contained in Paragraph 7 of that <br />certain Quitclaim Deed from THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON recorded July 20, 1971 on REEL 2903 IMAGES 282 through 289, <br />(Document 71-91279) of the Official Records of Alameda County, California, <br />the Grantor does by these presents revert unto the United States of America <br />all the Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all that certain real <br />property situate in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alalamda, State of <br />California, shown on attached Exhibit "A" and deacrtbad a~ follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
