A portion of that certain parcel of land described in said Quitclaim Deed and delineated on those certain maps entitled, "Record of Survey, etc., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, R/S No. 515" filed November 16, 1973 in Book 9 of Records of Survey at Pages 40 through 42 and "Amended Record of Survey, etc., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, R/S No. 515" filed January 6, 1976 in Book 10 of Records of Survey at Page 10 as "Lands of the City of Pleasanton," and more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at the most northeasterly corner of that certain 0.397 acre parcel of land described in said Quitclaim Deed as Parcel 1 Exception and delineated as "Lands of U.S.A. Parcel 1 Exception RE 2903 IM 282" on said Record of Survey Maps; THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING northeasterly along the prolonga- tion of the northerly line of said Parcel 1 Exception North 61° 36' 35" East 115.00 feet to a point; THENCE southeasterly along a line South 51e 46' lOw East 200.58 feet to a point, said line being parallel and 301.57 feet d~stant measured at right angles to the center line of Hopyard Road, 136.00 feet in width as show~ on that certain map entitled "Tract 4551, Parkside, City of Pleaaanton, Alameda County, California, etc.," filed October 3, 1980, Recorder's Series Number 80-173083, in Book 122 of l~ps at Pagss 16 through 22, said center line hearing North 51~ 46' 10" West also being the basis of bearing of thl$ description; THENCE southwesterly at right angles to the right along a line parallel and seventy one (71) feet distant measured at right angles to the center line of Parkside Drive ninety two (92) feet in width as show~ on said Tract 4551 map South 38° 13' 50" West 187.57 feet to a point;
