Rev~ev end approve the plans and specifications. <br />Inspect the construction of the added parking, sidevalk and <br />upgraded landscaping unless this function is delegated to ZONE 7. <br />Pay ZONE 7, upon billing, for the additional design and <br />construction cost of 17 parking spaces and one-half of the <br />designated construction cost of the sidewalk. Design costs are to <br />be based upon zONE 7's agreement with their architectural <br />consultant, J. Jack Bras & Associates, which includes a fee of <br />7.75Z of construction costs. Construction costs are to be based <br /> <br />upon actual bid prices. <br /> <br />Responsibility of Zone 7 <br /> <br /> ZONE 7 agrees to do the follo~lng: <br /> <br />a. Prepare all plans, specifications and estimates for the zONE <br /> Administration Building Project, including all CITY related <br /> and modifications to the Pro~ect as a result of CITY review. <br />b. Secure all responsible agency approvals, permits, and other <br /> <br />requirements. <br />Administer and inspect the Project's contract and bill CITY for <br />those items of responsibility cited in Section 1. <br /> <br />Ovnershi~ <br /> a. Upon acceptance of construction by both agencies, the ovnership oi <br /> the 28-apace parking lot, landscaping and sidevalk east of the east <br /> boundary of ZOKE ?'a 0.9-acre parcel contain~ng their <br /> administration building shall rest with CITY. ZOKE 7 and its <br /> <br />patrons may use said parkinB lot. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br /> <br />
