Upon acceptance of construction by both agencies the o~nership of <br />all improvements other than those mentioned under 3a shall rest <br />~rlth ZONE 7. cITY and its park patrons may use ZONE ?'a 60-space <br /> <br />parking lot. <br /> <br />&. Haintenance <br /> Upon acceptance of construction by both parties, maintenance of <br />improvements and liabilit7 exposure shall rest ~rlth the o~ner. <br />5. Nutual Coo~ <br /> zONE 7 and CITY shall cooperate to effect all phases of construction of <br />the Project. Such cooperation shall include mutually agreeing to such <br />modifications to the Project as are found reasonable and desirable upon <br />completing final plans and undertaking construction. <br />6. Scope of Agreement <br /> This ~rriting constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties <br /> relative to the proposed improvements. However, the City Manager of CITY and <br /> the General Hanager of ZONE 7 are authorized to interpret this Agreement and to <br /> agree in ~rritin~ that a given act constitutes compliance with a provision of <br /> this A~reement. <br /> <br /> 7. Ter~ and Ter~tnatio~ <br /> The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of its execution <br /> by both parties and shall continue until the completion of the work herein <br /> provided for and said work is accepted by both parties, or on December 31, <br /> <br />1986, ~hichever occurs first. <br /> <br /> <br />
