8. Modification <br /> If, during the life of this agreement, it becomes necessary to amend <br />or add to the ter~s, conditions, scope or requirements of this asreement, such <br />a~endment or addition shall only be smde after mutual agreement of CITY and <br />ZONE 7 and the execution of a modification of this Asreement. <br /> <br />9. Liabilit~ <br /> It is understood and agreed that neither CITY nor any officer or <br />employee thereof is responsible for any damage or liability occurring by reason <br />of anything done or omitted to be done by ZONE ? under or in connection with <br />any work, authority or Jurindiction not delegated to or perfor=~d by CITY under <br />this ngreement or other~ise.
