reason of anything done or omitted to be done by CITY under or <br /> in connection with any of the work described herein. <br /> b. Neither CITY nor any officer or employee thereof shall be <br /> <br /> responsible for any damage or liability occurring by reason of <br /> anything done or omitted to be done by ZONE 7 under or in <br /> connection with any work, authority or jurisdiction not <br /> delegated to CITY under this Agreement. Pursuant to Government <br /> Code 895.4, ZONE 7 shall fully indemnify and hold CITY harmless <br /> for any liability imposed for injury (as defined by Government <br /> Code 810.8) occurring by reason of anything done or omitted to <br /> be done by ZONE 7 under or in connection with any of the work <br /> described herein. <br /> 5. EmDlovment <br /> <br /> The parties are acting in an independent capacity in the performance <br />of their respective functions under this Agreement and no officer, agent <br />or employee of either party is to be considered the officer, agent or <br />employee of the other. <br /> <br /> 6.
