Exhibits. Description of Real Property. The real property which is <br />the subject of this Agreement is described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> 4. Interest of Property Owner. Property Owner is legal <br /> <br />owner of the Real Property. <br /> <br /> 5. Assigrnnent. Property Owner shall have the right, without the <br />consent of City, to transfer or assign its rights under this Agreement to <br />a corporate enti.ty directly associated with the Kaiser-Permanente Medical <br />Care Program, provided that any such assignment will bind the Property <br />Owner's successor in interest to the terms and conditions of th~ Agreement. <br />Property Owner also has the express right to transfer or assign its <br />rights under this Agreement to any other person, with City's written <br />consent. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
