E-033285 <br /> <br /> (b) The Project shall consist of the following physical <br />structures which shall be constructed consistent with the criteria and <br />restrictions mutually agreed upon by City and Property Owner and <br />attached hereto as Exhibit B: <br /> <br /> Phase I. Medical Office Building and any necessarily related <br /> <br />buildings. <br />Phase II. <br /> <br />buildings. <br />Phase III. <br /> <br />Medical Office Building and any necessarily related <br /> <br /> Hospital or Medical Office Building, or both, and <br /> any necessarily related buildings (subject to City granting <br /> zoning and other approvals as'necessary for the construction <br /> of said hospital). <br /> 10. Restrictions on Development. <br /> <br /> (a) Phase I <br /> Property Owner shall not commence construction of Phase I of <br /> <br />the Project until Property Owner acquires all required permits and <br />approvals. Property Owner may proceed with acquisition of said permits <br /> <br />and approvals at any time. <br /> (b) Phase II <br /> <br /> Property Owner shall net construct or commence construction <br />of Phase II of the Project prior to September 30, 1985. At any time <br />subsequent to that date, Property Owner may commence construction of <br />Phase II subject to acquisition of any required permits and approvals. <br /> (c) Phase III <br /> <br /> Property Owner shall not construct or commence construction <br />of Phase III of the Project prior to September 30, 1991. At any time <br />subsequent to that date, Property Owner may commence construction of <br />Phase III subject to acquisition of any required permits and approvals. <br /> <br /> <br />
