Environmental Checklist and City of Pleasanton–10x Genomics Project <br />Environmental Evaluation Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> <br /> <br />116 FirstCarbon Solutions <br />Https://adecinnovations.sharepoint.com/sites/PublicationsSite/Shared Documents/Publications/Client (PN-JN)/2148/21480024/ISMND/wp/21480024 10x Genomics Project Full Screencheck ISMND.docx <br />• The construction contractor shall utilize “quiet” models of air compressors and <br />other stationary noise sources where technology exists. <br />• At all times during project grading and construction, the construction contractor <br />shall ensure that stationary noise-generating equipment shall be located as far as <br />practicable from sensitive receptors and placed so that emitted noise is directed <br />away from adjacent residences. <br />• The construction contractor shall ensure that the construction staging areas shall <br />be located to create the greatest feasible distance between the staging area and <br />noise-sensitive receptors nearest the project site. <br />• The construction contractor shall ensure that construction activities not occur <br />between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and <br />between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Sunday and holidays. <br />• The construction contractor shall ensure that no individual piece of equipment <br />shall produce a noise level exceeding 83 dBA at a distance of 25 feet. <br />
