<br />Modeling suggests that the total net present value (NPV) City cost through 2031 of implementing all
<br />actions on the shortlist will be $23.4 million—equivalent to around $2.3 million per year.z The estimated
<br />cost to the community through 2031 is a net savings of $10 million—equivalent to around $1 million per
<br />year or $12 in annual savings per capita. Much of these savings to the community are in the form of
<br />rebates/incentives and fuel cost savings.
