From: Medha Prabhal <br />To: Natalie Amas <br />Subject: New Property Development at 3707 Trenery Dr <br />Date: Monday, December 6, 20211:19:52 PM <br />Hi Natalie - <br />Members of the Planning Commission, My name is Medha Prabhala . <br />I live at Cassia Ct in Pleasanton and have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, <br />P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split and <br />development of the two new homes. <br />I also want to state that I fully support the two story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts <br />Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that <br />area.
