I live at <br />Persimmon Cir in Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, <br />PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split and development <br />of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two story home proposed on <br />Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two <br />story homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time with only a <br />handful of lots left to be built on.
