I have reviewed the proposed <br />project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in <br />support of the proposed lot split and development of the two new <br />homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two story home <br />proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an <br />overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no <br />reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful of <br />lots left to be built on.
