I live at Martin Avenue in <br />Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive <br />and am in support of the proposed lot split and development of the two new homes. I also want to state <br />that I fully support the two story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is <br />already an overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at <br />this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be built on.
