I live at Cedrus Ct in <br />Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 <br />Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split and development of the two new <br />homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two story home proposed on Parcel A <br />which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two story <br />homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful of <br />lots left to be built on.
