I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, <br />P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split and <br />development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two story <br />home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming <br />precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time <br />with only a handful of lots left to be built on.
