I live at Newton Way in Pleasanton. I <br />have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 <br />Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split and <br />development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully <br />support the two-story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin <br />Avenue. There is already overwhelming precedence of two-story homes <br />in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time <br />with only a handful of lots left to be built on.
