I live at ,Oregano CT in Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed <br />project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the <br />proposed lot split and development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully <br />support the two story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is <br />already an overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no reason to <br />change that at this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be built on.
