I live at_ Laursen Ct in Pleasanton. I have reviewed <br />the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split <br />and development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two story home proposed on Parcel <br />A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that area. I see <br />no reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be built on.
