From:
Dr. Sandy Biaman
To:
Natalie Amos
Cc:
Neleen Big man; Minal Doshi; Nell boshi; Andrew Hughes
Subject:
1321-0132,1321-0133, PUD -142, Ramprasd Srirame, 3707 Trenery Drive
Date:
Saturday, November 27, 202111:44:44 AM
Good morning Natalie,
I left you a voicemail message. I am one of the opposing neighbors at Cameron
Circle in Pleasanton. The Cameron Place Ponderosa development. Ponderosa also
built the Model 2 Cameron Place home that is on Trenery just next to the lot in
question. And I believe that home is subject to our CC&R rules which extend onto
Trenery Dr.
According to what Ponderosa told us, the City of Pleasanton and the neighbors on
Palmer Dr. opposed the Cameron Place development unless if could all be one story
homes. Of course less profitable for Ponderosa they agreed and all of our 28 homes
are one story as well as the Model 2 Cameron Place home on Trenery. The precedent
is established.
Directly behind our home is the remodel of a one story home with the same setback as
all the other homes on Trenery which are mostly one story.
What is being proposed is to take a single lot and subdivide it into two and placing a
two story home on it as well as a one story on the other parcel. This is just the
opposite of what the city of Pleasanton agreed to back in 2013-14 when our homes
were built.
Of course I would certainly be supportive of a one story home on the property in
question with the same setback as the other homes on Trenery without subdividing it
(for profit I must say over ambiance) but the proposed subdividing and a two story
home will be unacceptable to me and I will fight with whatever means I have to
prevent this from happening. I am sure my neighbor the Doshi's would certainly
agree.
Let me know if I have to attend the meeting on December 8th to continue to voice my
opposition to this proposal.
Sincerely,
Dr. Sandy Bigman
ITEM NO. 6, PUD -144, PUBLIC COMMENTS PAGE 3
Click hm to report this email as spam.
