.3707 Trpn= Drive— ivide and developthe "' shaped fDecemberg Planningi i <br />meeting) <br />What's being considered by the Planning Commission on December 8 is development of the lot on the southside <br />of Trenery Drive and westside of Martin Avenue and does not share property lines with the homes on Cameron <br />Circle (see images below). The proposed single-family home would face Trenery Drive and have similar setbacks <br />as those on Trenery Drive. The proposed two-story home would face Martin Avenue and is keeping the same <br />front yard setback and a greater rear yard setback than the single-family home on the corner of Trenery Drive <br />and Martin Avenue( 3547 Trenery Drive). The proposed two-story home is also situated such that it would be <br />closer to Martin Avenue, and before the existing two-story home on the Southside of it (2313 Martin Avenue). <br />There are existing tall trees planted close together and large dense vegetation which would remain along the <br />properties of 3711 Trenery Drive and 2313 Martin Avenue. <br />3707 Trenery Drive, lot scheduled for Planning Commission consideration, in yellow. <br />Proposed lot split <br />
