Other Related Services and Standards Franchise Agreement with Pleasanton Garbage Service City of Pleasanton Page 83 June 7, 2022March 8, 2018 6.3 Reports 2901 6.3.1 Report Formats and Submittal Schedule 2902 Records shall be maintained in forms and by methods that facilitate flexible use of data contained in them 2903 to structure reports, as needed. Reports are intended to compile recorded data into useful forms of 2904 information that can be used to, among other things: 2905 A. Determine and set Rates and evaluate the financial efficacy of operations; 2906 B. Evaluate past and expected progress towards achieving the Contractor’s Diversion goals and 2907 objectives; and, 2908 C. Determine needs for adjustment to programs; and evaluate Customer service and Complaints. 2909 Contractor may propose report formats that are responsive to the objectives and audiences for each 2910 report. The format of each report shall be approved by City. Contractor agrees to e-mail all reports to 2911 the City (or submit reports on an electronic file storage device in the event e-mail communications are 2912 unsuccessful) in a format compatible with City’s software/computers at no additional charge. Contractor 2913 will provide a certification statement, under penalty of perjury, by the responsible Contractor official, that 2914 the report being submitted is true and correct to the best knowledge of the responsible official after their 2915 reasonable inquiry. 2916 Monthly reports shall be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the reporting month. 2917 Quarterly reports shall be submitted within forty-five (45) calendar days after the end of the reporting 2918 quarter. Solid Waste Service. Provide Tonnage Collected by sector. Provide total Tonnage delivered to each 2928 Approved Facility. 2929 B. Recyclable Materials Service. Provide Tonnage Collected by sector. Provide Tonnage marketed 2930 and Residue Disposed (which should total the Tonnage Collected). If more than one Processing Site 2931 is used, present information separately for each site. 2932 C.
