TVTC Strategic Expenditure Plan 2022 Update │ Appendix <br />Draft Final Report │ Adopted: April 29, 2022 <br /> <br />STATUS <br />Project A-2a will be constructed in five segments. Segments 1, 2, 3, and 4 are completed and open to the <br />public. For Segment 5, final design and right-of-way acquisition was completed in September 2020 and <br />construction began in May 2021. It is anticipated that completion of construction in Spring 2024. <br />PHASING AND SCHEDULE <br />Project A-2a will be constructed in five segments.
