JACK LONDON BOULEVARD EXTENSION <br />TVTC PROJECT SPONSOR <br />City of Livermore <br />LEAD AGENCY <br />City of Livermore <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />(UPDATED SUMMER 2021) <br />Project B-6 is located along Jack <br />London Boulevard in Livermore. The <br />project would widen Jack London <br />Boulevard to El Charro Road as a <br />four-lane arterial roadway. <br />The project will be constructed in two phases. <br />• Phase 1 - two lane extension <br />• Phase 2 – relocate a portion of the roadway south of the Livermore Airport to its ultimate alignment <br />STATUS <br />An EIR, design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of the two-lane extension (Phase 1) has been <br />completed. <br />PHASING AND SCHEDULE <br />The project is expected to be constructed in two phases. <br />• Phase 1 – Completed 2009. <br />• Phase 2 - Will not commence until after the quarries have completed mining operations. <br />COST ESTIMATE AND FUNDING SOURCES <br />Phase 2: <br />Cost (Millions) $28.16 <br />Funding (Millions) <br />Livermore TIF $18.08 <br />Total Funding (Millions) $18.08 <br />Total Funding Shortfall (Millions) $10.08 <br />
