This will include <br />a PSR to establish a project scope and cost estimate, environmental documentation, and the preparation <br />of PS&E. <br />STATUS <br />Currently in PSR-PDS phase. <br />PHASING AND SCHEDULE <br />Currently the project is in the PSR-PDS. Scheduling for future phases is to be determined. <br />
