The left <br />turn vehicle queue length exceeds the length of the left turn pocket and blocks the #1 southbound lane, <br />thus reducing the Level of Service. <br />STATUS <br />This project has not been started. <br />PHASING AND SCHEDULE <br />Phasing and schedule have not yet been determined. <br />
