HACIENDA/I-580 INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />TVTC PROJECT SPONSOR <br />City of Dublin, City of Pleasanton <br />LEAD AGENCY <br />City of Dublin, City of Pleasanton <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />(UPDATED SUMMER 2021) <br />Implement I-580 Hacienda Drive <br />Interchange Improvements, which <br />includes reconstructing the <br />overcrossing to add lanes. <br />I-580/Hacienda Drive interchange Improvements will include; reconstruction of overcrossing to provide <br />additional northbound lane; widening of the eastbound off-ramp to include an additional lane to be used as <br />a combined left and right turn lane; modifying signal and striping, modifying the westbound loop on-ramp; <br />and widening of the westbound off-ramp to include a third left-turn lane. <br />STATUS <br />The project is currently in preliminary engineering phase and an EIR is currently underway. <br />PHASING AND SCHEDULE <br />It is anticipated that environmental approval will be completed in late 2022 and PS&E begin in early 2023. <br />COST AND FUNDING SOURCES <br />Cost (Millions) $39.13 <br />Funding (Millions) <br />Dublin TIF $4.95 <br />Pleasanton TIF $0.04 <br />Total Funding (Millions) $4.63 <br />Total Funding Shortfall (Millions) $34.50 <br />
