The following items will amply to the employees who are Pleasanton Fire <br />Department employees: <br />A. Educational Incentive Pay <br />Employees receiving educational incentive pay as of August 31, 1990 shall continue to receive <br />said pay except as provided below. Employees having enrolled in the educational incentive pay <br />plan on or before July 1, 1988, shall upon completion of five (5) years of service with the City <br />of Pleasanton Fire Department, receive educational incentive pay as provided below. <br />27 <br />
